"Due to some serious health challenges over the past twelve months I have switched from class based Pilates sessions to One to One reformer sessions.
Classes were always enjoyable and one to one sessions are expensive, so why change? In one to one sessions Amanda is able to plan activities which address your individual needs and exercise goals, an approach that is more limited in group sessions.
Activities are closely scrutinised and feedback is always delivered with good humour and encouragement thus allowing clients to get the maximum from each session. I have found One to one reformer sessions to be vital to my recovery and rehab from major surgery.
